There is a spot up here that not too many people know about. It terms with mudcrabs, and when you time it right, you’ll score Barra, Mangrove Jacks and other good estaury fish. However,it has a reputation for big crocs, so camping can only be done at least 50 metres from the bank. It’s quite unique. Still planning on Rocky in a fortnight. Tina has been really good lately. We’ve taken short walks on the beach too.
The photo below with the circular vignettes were taken with one side of a binocular lens over the phone camera lens. The effect from the binoculars compressed field of view looks pretty cool in some.
We also found the bottom half of a long dead turtle on the beach Wednesday.

Enjoy those walks on the beach and keep those mud crabs coming… Glad you’re both doing well and continue to enjoy your days together in the great outdoors.

And thanks for the pics… It gives us desk jockeys a nice diversion and an opportunity to live vicariously through you.

    Peace,
    Mike
